SHIPPING STATUS
Here at Elite, we are dedicated to making sure you receive your order as quick as possible. This is why if your order is placed before 12pm weekdays, we endeavor to have it shipped out the same day.
DELIVERY TIMES
Although we can supply carrier-specific estimates of delivery times and update these as necessary (through peak periods, natural disasters, etc.) we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered within the estimated window. Once an order has been shipped and is with the carrier, there is very little we can do and Elite Ski Boats will not be responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
Shipping to a residential address: Deliveries will be made during business hours. If the residence is unattended, the goods will be left. Elite Ski Boats & Watersports will not be liable for goods that go missing after delivery or for goods that have been damaged in transit.
Shipping to a business address: We recommend shipping to a business address so that you have the opportunity to notify the driver at time of delivery if the box/goods are damaged in any way. It also nullifies the chance of your expensive items being left unattended.
STANDARD SHIPPING DELIVERY TIME
Standard shipping items will be sent via AusPost, Team Global Express, TNT or Jet Couriers. The estimated delivery window is 2-8 business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING DELIVERY TIME
Express shipping items will be sent via Australia Post. The estimated delivery window is 1-4 business days.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING DELIVERY TIME
Overnight shipments will be sent via Team Global Express. The estimated delivery window for items ordered before 1pm weekdays is next business day delivery. The estimated delivery window for items ordered after 1pm is 1-2 business days.
Note: Days indicated start from when your order is shipped, not when your order is placed. Orders are typically not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
CHRISTMAS NOTICE - DUE TO INCREASED TRAFFIC AT CHRISTMAS TIME, PLEASE ALLOW FREIGHT COMPANIES EXTRA DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
Damaged goods: It is YOUR responsibility to inspect goods at time of delivery. You will need to ensure your courier driver notes it on the consignment if there is any damage.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All products purchased online can be returned within 14 days for a store credit, refund or exchanged for another product of equal value. We will only credit, exchange or refund products that are unused and in original packaging with tags still attached. Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue. If you choose a store credit or refund, this will include the cost of the product only and not the original shipping costs. A credit or refund will only be issued once the returned product is received by us.
The cost of shipping your returned item to Elite Watersports along with the shipping of an exchanged item back to you is your responsibility. We recommend that all returns are registered/insured as Elite Watersports will not be responsible for the damage or loss of any returned goods.
Need to return a product?
You will need to contact Elite Watersports via phone or email to notify us of your intent to return. We will be able to advise you at this point whether a replacement product is available for exchange. Proof of purchase will be required.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
At Elite Ski Boats and Watersports we strive to offer both our in-store and online customers the best quality products the Watersports industry has to offer and the highest level of both before and after sales service humanly possible.
However, there are instances when a product may not hold up as we expect it to. This is why all Watersports products sold through Elite carry a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty (unless sold as a non-warranty item). In the instance of a claim, it is the manufacturer’s right to decide whether the product will be repaired or replaced. No refunds will be given on warranty claims.
Note: The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage to product if it has been used in a manner it was not designed for.
Need to make a claim?
You will need to contact Elite Watersports via phone or email to notify us of the problem and obtain a return authorisation number. Proof of purchase will be required. We will advise you whether the product will need to be returned to our store or direct to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will endeavour to have your product repaired or replaced and returned to you in a timely manner.
